Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in achieving their objectives and providing outstanding service to our customers.
You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
oPerforming a variety of administrative tasks to support our company's senior managers including administrative requests and queries.
oLiaise with Executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
oMaintaining comprehensive and accurate records with the use of a CRM.
oOrganizing and scheduling appointments.
oAssisting meetings and taking detailed minutes.
oAssist in the preparation of regular reports, ad-hoc reports and presentations.
oUpdate and maintain policies and procedures.
oProvide general support to senior managers.
Requirements and Skills:
oProven experience as an Administrative AssistantoKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresoProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)oExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workoAttention to detail and problem solving skillsoExcellent written and verbal communication skillsoPro-activity and self directionoStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskQualifications and
Experience:
oHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
oPrevious experience in customer service or administrative role is a plus.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
oAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
oDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
oPositive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

$17 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
