Associate Engineering Advisor

What will you contribute?This role helps to resolve the customer issues on Digital Engagement hub (Online and Digital customer on-boarding).
This role reports to CS Support director and it is located in Bangalore.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Possesses a basic understanding of overall functionalities and capabilities of the product, as well as its technical/ functional (role-dependent) aspects.
Uses it to validate that a product is working in accordance with specifications and documentations, and to assist the team investigating the issues raised by the Finastra clientsPossesses a basic working knowledge of industry practices, 3rd party product, and trouble-shooting skillsGood overall knowledge in at least one of the product's major modulesIssue InvestigationIndependently Investigates cases of low/medium complexity and keeps the frontline updated on the progress of the investigationsGet the needed information from the clients to reproduces issues, searches for potential workaroundsApplies a methodical approach to problem-solving by systematically analyzing and explaining all possible outcomes.
Analyzing and Solving problemsDC Support Engineers need to have a good skill in programming as well.
Team work and cooperation is important in almost all type of cases that needs to be handled within Support.
Problem solving abilities are necessary in order to do well in this position.
Understanding the product at code level and ability to locate problemsGood understanding of the client specific implementationsAbility to prepare solution plans and evaluate them in cooperation with Team LeadImplementing- and validating the planned and agreed fixes in the source codePlanning & DevelopmentThe role holder is a team player - he needs to raise questions to his/her mentors, but knows how to work alone on specific issuesPlans and tracks his objectives carefully.

Experience:
Good academic or practical knowledge in a technical, scientific or business discipline acquired as part of university education0-2 years of experience in Android developmentMinimum intermediate level English language skillsKnowledge of standard enterprise software solutions (databases, application servers, etc)Experience in developing networking and multi-threaded applications on the Android and iOS platformExperience in writing the user interface in XMLExperience in using design patterns on the Android platform iOS AppExperience in performance optimization of mobile applicationsHands-on experience with mobile platform usability and common solutionsGood understanding of object oriented programming and software designAbility to see the big picture, open-minded, solution-driven personalityTeam-oriented thinkingQualifications & certificationSuccessful completion of a Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
