To strengthen decision-making and problem-solving, the Commercial Analyst will analyze and report trends and insights in the commercial segment, or its top shippers.
The analyst is expected to report relevant operational KPIs to the Shipper Ops Analyst.
The Commercial Segment Analyst will work closely with the Unit head and team to develop strategies and recommendations that will drive growth and profitability in the commercial segment.

Research and analyze operational KPIs and standards of the relevant commercial segment or industry, and of the top shippers/clients from that segment or industryDevelop and maintain models to monitor commercial aspects of the segment or industry (i.

Top delivery lanes, discounts, ASPs)Monitor and report on the performance of the commercial segment, including volume, revenue and ASP (average selling price), as well as acquisition and retentionMonitor and report on the performance of the commercial segment, including sales, revenue, and market shareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction in the commercial segment (i.

Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
